CPC offers results-oriented and fun group fitness classes for adults looking to improve their overall cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, agility and general health. You don’t have to be an athlete to train at CPC!

CPC’s group classes cater to both men and women from every level of fitness ability. Whether you haven’t exercised in years or are an avid fitness guru, CPC’s fitness instructors provide a motivating, energetic and fun atmosphere, where all of our participants can feel comfortable and get results!
